well, if you are expecting a punch you might have to use a handful, but havent i tried this out, i like my tea strong i usually use red label, but i wanted to try this out because of my OCD, well i could say a significant improvment, i wouldn’t act much on my compulsions, this is day 2, FYI I also take adaptogen ashwaghanda, and cold water treatment also helped with my ocd ,so this is plus because we OCD people have less of BDNF in our brain than normal people and this products just shoots it up to 147% ,so its good.

    Back to topic:
id say use some red label tea and some of coffee fruit tea(Cascara) (grinded) since i used that and never tried as it originally came in the packet with red label tea and milk, anyways try it was so pleasant.
FYI, if you use coffee decaf with this then don’t add milk if you add milk the milk will curdle. just use water only although i haven’t tried it since its a tea i would use it as a tea

This stuff smells like chocolate-covered cherries. The flavor is far more subtle, but enjoyable nonetheless. If serving hot, it’s incredibly easy to prepare using a French press.

I can’t get enough flavor from this tea without steeping for 20 minutes or more. It is not as inherently sweet as the cascara tea that I’ve been sourcing from a local coffee roaster. Since that roaster doesn’t sell it any longer, I’ll see if I can get into this.

When I used to live near coffee plantations, I got a taste for the coffee fruit. This was the closest thing I could find to have long distance. It is not the same for sure, but quite a delightful flavor.
I drank it mostly when needing an evening pick-me-up, and felt like it gave me what I needed without causing me troubles falling asleep.
I didnt take it regularly enough to feel any health benefits, but I know all of the benefits of the fruit and imagine much of that carries over to making a tea with it.
It suggests various brew times for different depths of flavor. I found 10 minutes to be the best for my pallet. After brewing, the fruits are soft again and I enjoyed eating a few. Had some flavor, but not delicious. I may start freezing them after making the tea and adding the fruits to snoothies.

I wasn’t sure what to think of it going in as all reviews I saw were on the extreme ends. Both friends that I had try it said they could take it or leave it. So everyone doesnt have strong feelings!

I make tea with this (I add it to other herbal teas in my pot). It has a subtle vanilla like flavor. I take it to raise BDNF. Really no way to tell if it’s doing that but it is a nice clean flavor and then I add the spent berries to my blueberries and add a little monkfruit sweetner.

I make this in my french press and steep for 10 minutes in hot water. It has a delicious, fruity taste and gives you a nice lift.

If you want to try something different , try this tea. It is delicious. It has a refreshing fruity flavor that is very pleasant. It is becoming my new favorite tea.
